Am I Ready to Join?

You are ready if:

• You want to build strength, increase your conditioning and create a healthier lifestyle

• Live or work within 20min. of our facility

• Willing to commit to at least 3x a week of exercise

• Willing to follow our program for at least 90 days

• Are coachable and ready to implement healthier habits

• Enjoy the energy of group classes

What If I'm A Beginner Or Have An Injury?

Our professional coaches are experienced with working with all fitness levels and abilities.

Each workout can be scaled using the appropriate modifications and progressions to ensure you have a fun, challenging, and effective class.

However, If you are concerned about beginning your fitness journey with group classes and prefer to start with a more personal and customized approach you may find personal training is good fit for you. If you are interested, you can learn more about our sibling company Guide Personal Training.

How Do I Get Started?

⒈ Submit your information HERE

⒉ Schedule a 15 minute Discovery Call with Coach Liz.

⒊ Lets get to know each other- In your Discover Call we chat about your goals, exercise and injury history. We will also go over our program offerings and see if we are a good fit for each other.

⒋ Join us for a class. Our ‘Day One Experience’ is a fully guided introduction to Crossfit group classes. Your first day is on us!

5. Join our Crossfit program and begin taking action toward your fitness goals!
