Coach Dan will help to improve your Olympic lifts, whether you’re still struggling with the difference between a squat clean and a power clean, or if you’re looking for coaching to help you perfect your snatch.

  • Friday 5:00 PM (Noho) – Clean
  • Sunday 9:00 AM (Hadley) –Jerk and Squats
