Our Free Classes
are on
10.30 a.m. on Saturdays in Hadley, and
9.15 a.m. on Sundays in Northampton!

We consider that first step of coming through the door your hardest workout.
After that, you’ll never have to workout alone again!


Come on in for our free trial class and see what PVCF is all about. Arrive a few minutes early to meet your coach, and tour the gym!

 

Our coaches will share with you the basics of CrossFit, Nutrition, and give you a sense of the tremendous community we share at PVCF.

We always focus on the basics of posture and safety, and we will go over any questions or concerns you may have during the class.

Every movement is scalable at PVCF. We will conclude the class with a ten minute workout.

If you can open a door or sit down on a chair and stand up without assistance, you can handle it!
 

  • What to wear: comfortable, athletic clothing and sneakers.
  • What to bring: a towel, some water, and the willingness to learn and have fun!
